Moelven is a leading Scandinavian industrial group that manufactures building products and systems for the construction industry. It is also one of the largest wood-processing companies in Scandinavia.
In June 2025, our team carried out the installation of a new boiler system at the Vänerply AB production facility. The project involved the assembly, positioning, and integration of the boiler’s principal components.
Project Scope
The scope comprised the complete installation of the furnace, superheater, heat exchanger, and steam drum.
Due to the size and technical complexity of the individual components, each stage of the installation had to be carefully planned and performed in the correct sequence. Precise positioning, effective coordination, and clear communication between everyone involved were essential throughout the project.
The works were carried out with continuous attention to technical requirements, installation quality, and workplace safety. Careful preparation allowed the team to maintain an efficient workflow and successfully complete each phase of the installation.
The installation was completed with a strong focus on technical accuracy, efficient execution, and strict compliance with all applicable quality and safety requirements.
